- Ensure payments are made as agreed.
3. Payments & Refunds
- Full or partial payment is required before work begins.
- Refunds are considered only if we fail to deliver according to agreed terms.
- Once work has been delivered and accepted, no refunds apply.
4. Intellectual Property
- All original research and writing created by Meta Script belongs to the client upon full payment.
- Meta Script retains the right to refuse unethical use of work (e.g., academic dishonesty).
5. Limitation of Liability
We strive for accuracy and professionalism, but we are not liable for:
- Misuse of our services.
- Client failure to review and request revisions within the agreed timeframe.
- Indirect damages resulting from the use of our services.
6. Confidentiality
We guarantee client confidentiality. All shared documents, data, and communications are kept secure and private.
7. Termination of Services
Meta Script reserves the right to terminate services if:
- The client engages in misconduct, non-payment, or unethical requests.
- The relationship violates company policy or legal regulations.
